Greg's career began at the global executive search and talent advisory firm Elevate Talent (formerly SRI) in London, where he partnered with renowned sports and entertainment brands such as Manchester United, Formula One, and the NFL. In 2017, he played a pivotal role in the development of SRI's global gaming and esports practice. Turning his attention to the video games industry, Greg facilitated appointments with leading organizations like Riot Games, 100 Thieves, TSM, and G2. Eager to delve deeper into the US games market, Greg relocated to California in 2021, assuming the role of Vice President at New Level Recruiting. In the following years, Greg led various C-level searches and developed a high-performing recruitment and sourcing team. Inspired by the insights and experience he gained in the US and his unwavering commitment to delivering transformative outcomes for candidates and clients, Greg established GEMS Talent in 2024.
